      Pros

      I take pride in knowing that the products I'm selling are recognized worldwide for their innovation, reliability, and quality. Experitec sells process control products that are consistently ranked number one in their product categories by leading industry marketing survey. Experitec has been family to me for 20 years. My mother worked here 20+ years and my daughter started calling Experitec home a little over two years ago.

      Cons

      There can be a lot to do, but I see that as a good thing and it keeps the day interesting.

      Pros

      Experitec cares about their employees in a way that is unheard of in this day. I'm not just a number. I'm a part of a family.

      Cons

      Work hours may exceed 40 hours a week, but that was communicated to me from the beginning. I have so much respect for Experitec, our core values, and our company culture that working hard comes easy.

      Pros

      Very positive work-life balance. Company is an an ESOP which seems to help everyone's motivation and genuine care for the customers and company. Lots of great folks work with.

      Cons

      Has some nepotism. Is strongly tied to a large corporation that dictates some of the business objectives or abilities.
