      Pros

      Very positive work-life balance. Company is an an ESOP which seems to help everyone's motivation and genuine care for the customers and company. Lots of great folks work with.

      Cons

      Has some nepotism. Is strongly tied to a large corporation that dictates some of the business objectives or abilities.

      Pros

      The culture of Experitec is second to none. They have won Gallup's best place to work multiple years in a row, and work very hard to keep that culture despite the environment we're currently in. They keep you engaged and actively participating in make Experitec a better place. Being a partner to Emerson means that they have access to industry experts at a moments notice to help them make smart decisions at their customer sites.

      Cons

      The company is fairly flat with not much turnover, so it is hard to progress 'up the ladder' Also, there is an expectation to push yourself past your assigned role in order to have a chance at progressing in the company.

      Pros

      Small company so you get to know your co-workers well. Generally flexible work environment, especially if you have a family. Employee owned. Challenging work that will keep you busy.

      Cons

      Because it’s a small company employees wear multiple hats and can be stretched at times with workload.
