Pros

Flexible hours, bonuses, heart of a leader

Cons

Management is horrible. They are never on the same page. You are not appreciated for all the work you do. Anytime you do something goof there is always a "but you didn't do this". Depending upon what position you are in the hours are long and stressful. You are expected to stay until you are finished with what you are doing and if you don't, you get an attitude from management.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. It sounds like Experity wasn't a great fit for you and we wish you the best in your future employment. Most of our employees find it to be a very rewarding place to work, making an impact on patient centered healthcare and being rewarded for contributing to the success of the organization - which does require hard work and long hours from time to time. If you would like to share more specifics regarding your concerns so that we can more effectively address any problem areas, I encourage you to reach out directly.

Pros

Some people are great to work with, but most have left or are on the way out. We get free food sometimes and quarterly bonuses are nice.

Cons

I didn't hate working here until the merger. Feels like everyone is running around with their heads chopped off. No leadership buy-in for projects that can actually turn this place around. The CEO's ego prevents him from actually caring about his employees who are trying to keep this place afloat. He likes to talk a lot and doesn't value our time.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback! We think our team members are pretty fantastic, as well. It is true that we have seen some changes since becoming Experity, but that is to be expected when a company doubles in size! Our Executive Leadership team lives the value of Share Openly, and that may mean longer meetings to get important information out to all of our team members. We value your input and ask that you reach out to POps with any ideas you may have!

Pros

there are many positions to choose from If you bow to the powers that be, you can even become of VP of something 401K available

Cons

HR is not trustworthy, Leadership is not trustworthy. Great place if you enjoy hearing that the CEO has accumulated enough money to set his children up for life, and now he is working on inheritance for his grandchildren---while the regular staff continues to work paycheck to paycheck. Whenever they are getting ready to sell to another private equity group, they start looking for the higher paid regular staff to "downsize". Nothing you did wrong--just how they treat their workers.
