Pros

I love what I do, my team and working with direct EHR. The clients success and satisfaction with service is what really makes the day for me Great! The CEO is passionate about the company and building a legacy for himself. He is very understanding of financials and is open and informative to the entire company in that respect. Overall I truly love what I do and feel proud to work for Experity.

Cons

Management decisions and lack of employee encouragement for growth and appreciation in addition to poor pay and no compensation for extra job duties from high levels of staff attrition. There is no room for growth currently and there is noticeable clicks which is common at most large companies. VERY STRESSFUL and feel unsupported or appreciated.

Pros

None at all it sux it is a cult. Favouritism leads are backstabbing and talk about other employees.

Cons

They do not give a care about there policies or procedures they say one thing and they do just the opposite.
