Pros

Very transparent company and mgmt keeps you in the loop. Good benefits. Flex hours. HR and upper mgmt does try to correct the ship when feedback is given.

Cons

Pay is fair but on the low side. Communication between certain departments is lacking. RCM is more an afterthought and software/PM side is more top priority resulting in loss of clients more than is needed. Dealing with offshore staff.

Very flexible management team and company as a whole is not a bad place to work. Provides opportunities to grow in your career and learn new roles/industry.

Cons

Not super competitive salary if you have been a tenured employee.

It was a great company to work with overall the benefits were good and the pay was average. But the amount of stress was it worth it?

Cons

To stressful, unrealistic deadlines. The amount of disrespect was only so much.
