Great Place to Start a Sales Career

Pros

There are so many different service lines and your exposed to it all which makes for a perfect place to gain exposure to the RCM, EMR, Teleradiology and PACS business. The people are seriously so incredible to work with. It's not a stuck up corporate environment.

Cons

I think the commission stucture could be a lot more competitive and sometimes there are large territory changes being made to the sales org which doesnt allow for the sales reps to build deep relationships with prospects or build longterm strategies for opening the door to key accounts.
