Thank you for leaving a review. We agree that we've got a pretty great culture and lots of awesome people who genuinely care at Experity! Your advice to management is interesting - performing the bare minimum work is definitely a reason that an individual may stay at the lower end of the pay scale. Other reasons may be that we re-evaluated the pay grade and adjusted it to provide some room for salary growth for those in the role or the individual is very new to the role and needs to gain some skills and experience to advance. Wasn't worth the stress

Pros

Mostly good people. Benefits were ok, but better before the merger.

Cons

High stress and low pay. More work than anyone could keep up with even with overtime. No merit raise right before I left, so I received the same base pay increase that people who worked half as hard received. Felt like a robot instead of a person. No diversity.

Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback. We understand that our RCM productivity metrics can feel like a lot for some people. I'm not sure when you left, but we do have a merit cycle once per year, and also did a 2023 mid-year adjustment to wages for a specific group of team members to ensure we remain competitive - this is when all team members received the same increase amount. We take all feedback seriously and will review with leadership. We sincerely wish you all the best in whatever is next for you.

Pros

Management Team members Benefits Do not treat you as just a number

Cons

Pay is low. Been here for years and just saw that starting pay for my same position is .50 less than what I make an hour... need more realistic bonus metrics. We never seem to make them for a pay out when we can't control the metrics set Tell us how much money we have but never get bonuses more that maybe 200 and after taxes..that's lower...
