Unique and exciting culture! Competitive pay and benefits, wrapped up in a truly one-of-a-kind workplace. Where leaders share openly and genuinely care about employees and their career advancement.

Cons

The unique culture is not just a written set of values, it's a choice. Bringing your best self into the world (not just the workplace) is encouraged and may not be a good fit for everyone. But an open and mind and heart could thrive in this rare environment.

Pros

Some people are great to work with, but most have left or are on the way out. We get free food sometimes and quarterly bonuses are nice.

Cons

I didn't hate working here until the merger. Feels like everyone is running around with their heads chopped off. No leadership buy-in for projects that can actually turn this place around. The CEO's ego prevents him from actually caring about his employees who are trying to keep this place afloat. He likes to talk a lot and doesn't value our time.

It is true that we have seen some changes since becoming Experity, but that is to be expected when a company doubles in size! Pros

Prior to the merger of DocuTAP and Practice Velocity, DocuTAP was a great place to work. The company was known for being an innovative and engaging place to work, full of meaningful relationships and camaraderie, with a focus on doing great work. One pro: quarterly bonuses, likely to average around $500.

Cons

Post merger—Experity, led by Practice Velocity's CEO (David Stern) and HR team, has an outdated corporate mentality about workplace culture and business practice. The CEO, who is new to DocuTAP employees, seems very rigid and controlling, a "my way or the highway kind-of guy". Opportunity for advancement has been made improbable with newly implemented measures standardizing career path progression. The company offers synthetic stock, which looks and sounds great at first glance, but an overwhelming majority of employees will never reap it's rewards due to impractical qualifications. Full payout only available after 15 years of employment with the company.
