Pros

Depending on which office you work in, Experity can be a very enjoyable work environment for almost anyone. Each office has a distinct culture and some are better for different demographics. The company overall is growing substantially and everyone has the opportunity to contribute towards an admirable goal of being the agent of change in the patient-centered healthcare revolution. Experity is a great place to work and learn how to be a professional and I would happily work there again in the future.

Cons

Especially in the non-headquarters offices, the compensation is not close to the market level. I know I was severely underpaid for over a year and when I got a raise it brought me to about $5k under market for my position. Other benefits, such as PTO are also lacking for newer employees which makes it hard to attract top talent.

The compensation and benefits market is changing rapidly and we're doing our best to adjust/adapt and remain competitive while balancing other financial requirements in the organization as well. We also have to keep total compensation in mind, and many other companies don't provide quarterly bonuses, employee ownership programs, etc.
