Pros

Flexible hours, bonuses, heart of a leader

Cons

Management is horrible. They are never on the same page. You are not appreciated for all the work you do. Anytime you do something goof there is always a "but you didn't do this". Depending upon what position you are in the hours are long and stressful. You are expected to stay until you are finished with what you are doing and if you don't, you get an attitude from management.

Pros

The team that you work with for implementation is really strong and great to work with. Management is very knowledgeable in the space, but keeps things in perspective to ensure long term team member success. A great health IT company.

Cons

I think they are a little low at times for pay structure in the space they work in. They have a bonus structure and other ways of making money, but could be more aggressive to draw top talent.

We are continuously reviewing our pay structure and total compensation package to ensure that we can attract top talent - the past two years have been challenging as the market is evolving faster than the data can reflect. We strive to be as proactive as possible, and I know most companies are feeling the same challenges right now.
