Extremely disappointed

Pros

It's fine for entry level, and you'll get a lot of experience very quickly. Sometimes fun.

Cons

Lets start with I was making 17 dollars an hour for a job that has a median hourly of 22 dollars an hour, then with my experience amount should be 25-27 dollars an hour. I was making the same amount as new hires even though I had been here three years. Actually, less than a few of them because yes, employees share their wages with one another now. Your managers will never stand up for you to clients. Have fun bending over backwards and doing things not in your job description, THINGS THAT ARENT IN YOUR DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION, and everything else that IS in your job description. But, the managers will simply say "Oh, they aren't working to their full potential" when presented with poor production rather than assessing the situation and realizing they're leading in a horrible environment. They prefer to hire managers from outside so there's really no room for growth anymore. You gain experience quickly because you're overloaded with work and dealing with poor management that doesn't have a backbone so you're on your own from day one. There is no training in this department. You'll be sat with someone that is too busy to teach you, and isn't even a leader or trainer - Just whoever is available. They refuse to get rid of their software which is slow, glitchy, and generally inconsistent - I can't see any reason besides pride keeping this software because it's been broken since rollout (two years ago). It's a constant pain point for employees who are simply just trying to work. Micromanagement is astounding - The previously mentioned software can track EVERYTHING YOU CLICK ON throughout the day, and then sends a report to leadership. If you didn't appear to be "clicking" enough, then you'll have a talking to where you have to present everything you did that day. This is just a small example, but the biggest one presented as it is a daily occurrence. They monitor your email to see if you send your resume to yourself - That way the team's leader can check on you and your well-being. (Let's be real, this is to prevent turnover but it is also considered a small form of retaliation. That is a federal offense by the way.) They try to keep people around with bonuses that aren't given out anymore - Due to poor productivity.. (If you're catching on, there's a reason production is so poor.) Diversity!? WHERE!? Their entire upper leadership is all white men, with the exception of a couple white women and one person of color. It's embarrassing and honestly, you guys should be ashamed that you call yourselves diverse. I'm sure you're going to come back and correct me with two or three POCs, but at this point it's just a reach at virtue signaling. If Experity values diversity in the way they advertise themselves, then please explain why indigenous peoples day and Juneteenth weren't even RECOGNIZED?? You're going to get paid a bad wage unless you get hired as a VP - Which they love doing but it was like pulling teeth to expand our team size. HR is okay, but the People Operations team (who you will deal with more than regular HR) is so out of touch that it's disgusting. Experity blatantly ignores employee's cries for help for staffing, and mental health - The CEO skipped past a slide during a mandatory monthly meeting that discussed employee burnout and mental illness so that he could talk about his nice conference that he went on that "Felt like a vacation more than anything". Going back to the CEO - Literally one of the most self absorbed humans I've ever spoken with or had the pleasure of knowing. Told us about how rich capitalism made him within the FIRST HOUR of him introducing himself to the company. Additionally, he chooses to spew off his personal beliefs on a regular basis, AS WELL AS giving medical advice to his employees during live meetings. The culture is very "boys club" and a "family" if your family is extremely manipulative and loves giving you guilt trips. The worst part, I recommended so many people to work there in the past, they got the job, and now they're stuck in whatever this company has become.
