Pros

The Explore Group has amazed me from the very start and I knew after the very first meeting that this was the place for me. -The training is exceptional, the amount of experience and wisdom is breathtaking, you're able to speak to people at all levels and learn from some of the best in the business. -Explore Group strives for diversity, it perfectly balances the professional and friendly atmosphere and encourages everybody to have a voice and be heard. -Explore Group wants you to succeed even more than you do, your every success will be celebrated and you failures (though few) will be met with understanding and consideration, rather than shame you, they will come together to learn from the experience.

Cons

This is very much a "get out what you put in" type of work. Those who are lazy or unwilling t put in the hours will not thrive here.

Fantastic environment to work in

Pros

- They have provided me with great training and room for continuous improvement, with further sessions on area's I felt needed improvement - Great environment to work in, everyone gets on really well inside and outside of the office with management more than happy to fund after work incentives. - The companies always expanding and this is beginning to present unique opportunities, like the potential to work or visit New York!

Cons

- As with any recruitment jobs the hours are challenging however its very much the case you get out of it what you put in and the hours are needed if you want to achieve your goals.

Pros

I've been given support throughout my time, and any concerns or issues I've had were listened too and addressed. There's a really strong family feel where everyone looks out for and supports each other. There's obviously healthy competition, but everyone wants to see everyone else succeed. Management are always understanding and whenever I have needed it, I've been given the time to sort things out, and there's a big push on having a work life balance.

Cons

The hours are long, but I learned quickly they have to be if you want to do well, and in fairness I've never felt pressure to do anything other than the core expected work.
