Pros

I joined Explore with no recruitment experience and was provided with an excellent training programme from some of tech recruitment's most successful recruiters that allowed me to grow into a successful career recruiter. They offer a realistic yet challenging career path that met my ambitions not only in regard to remuneration but self-development and career progression. My time at Explore was exciting, rewarding and a lot of fun.

Cons

As with any recruitment job the hours can be long but If you are looking for an easy 9-5 then work in another industry. Recruitment requires dedication but the rewards are huge.

Pros

I joined the Explore Group nearly 2 years ago with no previous sales experience. Although a steep learning curve to begin with, the support and training is excellent and, provided you have the work ethic to go with it, will help you carve a lucrative and rewarding career. There is a real family feel in the office, with everyone chipping in to give advice, provide help and share banter over a drink after work. There are also fantastic incentives and rewards for those that go the extra mile. Aside from some hefty pay cheques, you can expect to be rewarded with anything from posh dinners to all expenses paid holidays, which are achievable by consultants at all levels. Overall the Explore Group is a fantastic place to work and I would recommend it to everyone!

Cons

The work/life balance takes a bit of a hit - but it's a worthwhile sacrifice to make for the financial rewards.

Pros

Great environment to work, in the past 7 months of working at Explore I've learned a lot regarding Business Development and candidate manage. Admitting it was difficult for me, but after a lot of bad calls, I've now got the grip of it and have some billings to prove. The training is great, it goes in-depth regarding candidate calls and client calls. Putting it into practice wont be straightforward. You'll have to make your path in how to get the right results. Overall, A great place to work, but on the journey you'll make a lot of money and you'll be come a different individual with confidence.

Cons

Long Hours - but to be honest that's sales for you.
