- have started to bring in more senior people with outside experience, more open minded and aware of industry wide best practice. - Great new offices with a positive environment - support functions are good with ongoing training and BD support - Now the old CEO has gone who was strongly focused on headcount, business priorities are now about making the right hires and working closely with individuals to ensure they feel supported and developed. - This year a 6 month training programme is being rolled out (we are 1 month in) to ensure all staff have a fair opportunity to upskill with tangible career development - Each consultant on the training plan is working through a personal development programme with the sales trainer - A lot of money is spent on recruiting toold to give consultants the best chance of success
