Pros
Positive working environment, helpful and congenial staff. Good benefits, and transparent rating and review system. Job does not demand over time, or work outside normal working hours - so the work life balance is good in that respect. All Exponent meetings help build morale and interest in the company as a whole
Cons
Employee morale seems pretty low, there seems to be pretty high turnover within the company. But maybe that's just the nature of consulting?
