      Pay on time. Convenient location

      Cons

      Very few jobs available. Staff are not interested in you, until they are desperate to fill a one day position. One employer was very verbally abusive because of a bad experience from previous temp and took it out on me. Poor quality of employers. Out of work for nearly three weeks and counting.

      Pros

      Great overall company culture. Franchise model allows for small business connection in local community in partnership with large corporate business support.

      Cons

      Difficult industry to sell in- you're providing people, and it's hard to get consistency. Small franchise offices make you heavily rely on team, which can be a benefit or a big deficit to your overall success to closing business. Very numbers-driven company, which can be hard to attain.

      I met with the recruiter for approximately 10 minutes when she told me I was "brazen" and she would not be able to find anything for me. I hardly see this as professional. Obviously there was something about me she had a problem with, however, it could have been handled more professionally.
