      Solid, tested franchise systems. A conservative company trying to be more progressive than they are.

      Cons

      Conservative management, not responsive to feedback from field. Franchise sales oversells the opportunity.

      Pros

      Given a lot of freedom in decision making. Not a very stressful environment.

      Cons

      This company has Franchisees so the working conditions are varied depending on your particular locations management style. In my particular instance the owners have abdicated their business and left it "up in the air". Little if any participation from the owners in building or even managing their own business. Extremely poor benefits NO commission, low salary, and zero growth potential. I consider this a blemish on my CV. My advice? Stay away!
