My co-workers make the job. Everything else about it is horrible.

Cons

They care to much about meeting numbers and not enough about happy employees. There are plenty of days were I feel like I can't even use the restroom because I'll fail to meet their goal of shrinkage. Pay is terrible. Tired of being walked all over

Numbers. Its all about numbers when you work here. If you don't meet you goal , you will be let go.

Pros

You can become a Certified Pharmacy Technician within a year of being employed. The hours are great if you want Banker's hours. The position I held was very easy. Pay was about right for the job. Time-off is satisfying.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. Can become very repetitive and mundane. Sometimes will watch you work over your back to make sure you are following procedure to help prevent errors. This can be both pro and con.
