You get a union job

Management proves day in and out that they see you as a number. When they target an employee they will push you to the point you want to quit. They hate when you know your rights. They don't care about your health. Will literally make you work in the middle of the street to flex their authority. This is not slavery and they struggle with understanding that. 555 Ten building is THE WORST.

Snacks always stocked in office, and good way to make connections/network

Cons

Toxic work environment with management that cannot manage. No work life balance, no job training, and no positivity or support. Those who take for granted having a job there and blatantly disrespect others are supported more than employees that put in all of their effort.
