Extell is a fast-growing company where there is a lot of potential for growing your career. There are a lot of opportunities for those who are willing to work hard and perform well. You have the opportunity to work on many high-profile NY Real Estate development projects in a very fast paced and rewarding environment. The people are great to work with and Management truly cares about their staff. The work culture has really improved over the past few years and continues to do so.

Nepotism Unethical business dealings Quid pro quo between CM and ownership Conflict of interests. The owner is personally invested in subcontractors Lack of support and training. Zero development for young talent You will be placed in situations you can’t and aren’t suppose to handle. They don’t have enough people. You will be responsible for what you don’t know Zero diversity. 97% White and Jewish.
