Medical benefits for single people not too bad.

Cons

The expectation is to cater to the every need of the COO and do things in exactly the way they want. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant through this organization. No notification is given when an employee tests positive for COVID

Looking at the reviews I can clearly see none of these people worked in the buildings. It's very possible the corporate side and construction side are a different world but I wouldn't work for this company again. I've never worked a job where 100% of the porters, doormen and handymen were unhappy. Be prepared to be thrown to the wolves and given a hard time for requesting vacation time. If you want to have a work life balance avoid this company like the plague. If you get COVID you might get fired.
