Pros
The pay was steady and the daily tasks were routine. Sometimes, your hotel is one that is closed at night, so unlike others, you will get to sleep at some point.
Cons
It's hard to hire employees when you can't give them more than MINIMAL part time. Lots of call outs on an already skeleton crew shift. Upper management does what they can to up charge guests to the point they won't pay (think $13 per load of laundry and vending machine prices).
