Pros

None unless you like abuse and slavery. As a manager you are expected to work 24/7 and if you miss a 3am call your boss cusses you out. For what they pay they sure do expect a lot.

Cons

This was the worst company I ever worked for. We are currently in a lawsuit with them due to all of the policies and laws they violate like sexual harassment, retaliation, creating a hostile work environment, discriminating against women and older people, and not paying employees for the hours they worked and making them work off the clock.

Pros

If you are a workaholic and don't have friends and family then there is plenty of room for you to advance with this company.

Cons

Skeleton staff to run your property and very little support from upper management. Corporate leaves everything to one manager and an hourly assistant.

Pros

THE STAFF

Cons

stay away horrible pay and working for people who don't care about us. Be ready to give up all freedom and get paid a horrible salary just to make the Corporate people more money. They make us feel like we don't matter and that our families are not important.
