Pros

Some of the hourly employees were friendly and very helpful

Cons

Work alone in the hotel from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Laundry facilities are not ventilates, so you breathe all the chemicals used to wash the linens and terry items. Too much laundry for one person to handle and they forget to explain the entire position at the interview. You mist complete all laundry: wash, fold, prepare housekeeping carts and fill linen closets, do all the dishes, manage the front desk and prepare the grab and go breakfast. Before you can leave...mop floor and sweep lint traps. No security and the hotel front entrance open 24/7.

Pros

Might be a good stepping stone job.

Cons

Constant change in Management. No job at any level is safe and secure. If you wish for a long term, mutual respect company, then this company isn't for you. Focuses on production work, very little opportunity to utilize mental abilities to improve processes.
