Pros

ESA is filled with dedicated employees who work hard and truly care about one another, which creates a positive environment to be a part of. There is a lot of initiative and motivation to continue to improve our operations at the corporate and property level. ESA also does so many wonderful things for the community and offers ways for its employees to get involved no matter where they are located.

Cons

With so many employees across the country, it'd be great if there were ways for the employee base as a whole to congregate and get to meet one another in person. The virtual ways that we do that are a great alternative for the time being and do allow us to connect across states and time zones.
