Pros
The people I work with are the reason I am still there. It helps to have like-minded people that work with and for you.
Cons
There is limited room for advancement and non-existent employee development. The training currently in place is limited to online courses you just click through. Direct management has no authority in promoting you or even giving you a raise since all departments rely on the department head to approve budgets. If a salary increase is your desire after the hard work you contribute, this isn't the place for you
