They overwork the little staff they do have. You do everything. Sales, operations, everything without any real management power. You deal with new initiatives every week- so much so that they increase cost by implementing one program one week and the next week they're telling you to throw out the signage and put in the rooms brand new signage. Couldn't we stick to one initiative a month? There's very little help provided from your DM because they're overworked themselves. No overtime is allowed really so you're forced to do the work of 5 people in the time it would take 10 people to complete.
