Pros

Employee discount and benefits were ok.

Cons

Low staffed, poor team atmosphere, some staff required to do more than others, leadership was hardly ever present, was frequently asked to come in on my scheduled off day, and was cross trained in every department to cover other areas with no pay increase.

Pros

Everyone is in it to win it and the Company culture is strong. Free nights for yourself and family members with Perks Program which is free for all. Health care coverage and additional support for mental health, financial wellbeing and just medical advice is top notch. Loyalty is appreciated and celebrated. Team culture is prevelant at every turn you take and everyone is highly competitive.

Cons

Renovation plan has been delayed since Covid but should be up and running again soon. HIghest sales contribution numbers in the business- hard to hit year after year.
