Pros

Felt like I was able to brighten a lot of people’s days, when there was order it all ran really nicely.

Cons

Alone at front desk more often than comfortable on later shifts, felt horrible telling people the hotel was full even though they made a reservation and having to find them another room somewhere else, did not like having to ask people for good reviews if they enjoyed their stay
