Great place to work

Pros

1. ESA associates help you out with learning and job processes, and those associates range from VP's to temps. The people you work with, or even near, or pass by in the hallways are approachable. 2. Management is realistic with expectations, promoting work- life balance. 3. Transparent, open on company goals, successes and failures. 4. Really strives to practice Core Values, they are not just words.

Cons

It would be nice to have an org chart, more for departments with contacts. With that being said, it's easy to find somebody who can at least point you in the right direction.

Strategic Direction

Business Outlook

Pros

Transparency, strategic direction, accountability, good benefits, autonomy, valued as an employee, Executive Leadership Team know who you are, great culture with a value of caring and supporting teams, ability to travel and make own schedule, pay/bonus/merit are within industry standard and objectives are defined.

Cons

1 con is work life balance in the context of taking PTO. Facility issues, budgets, emergencies, deadlines will never take a break therefore will fall upon colleagues or managers to complete which doubles their work load and portfolio coverage. I will say this is understood for the industry as a facility manager and can also be a positive as a salary employee with managers that understand this.
