Pros

Get away with a lot. Over night only has one person shift with complete access to hotel including rooms so let's just say it's a good job if you want to catch up on sleep. Also free hotel room for the honeys

Cons

Overnight is asked to do laundry. A lot of laundry. Have to put out breakfast. Limited service hotel so a lot of annoying guests . Organization sucks management sucks everything sucks

Pros

Grow faster than typical company

Cons

Just responsibilities grow not the pay. No life balance, amount of hours you have to put in to run the hotel is ridiculous. Everything is you, "one man operation"
