Pros

I enjoyed my staff but felt the company underpaid and overworked them. The location was good but the Hotel had a bad reputation.

Cons

Upper management was awful. I was not allowed to order enough supplies to run the hotel because upper managements bonus would have been cut. Sometimes rooms would go without shower curtains, towels, etc.

Pros

7 free nights a year is about the best and only thing about this company that is a pro. You have to make it through 90 days first.

Cons

The pay of 9.00 an hour for a night laundry attendant is very poor. Considering all the work that is cut out for one person only. I did not like the fact that I would be the only one there all night. Anything can happen and there should be at least one other employee there. The work load for a night laundry position is wayyy too much for one person for little pay. Be prepared to do others jobs if you have bad management.

Pros

At one time they had a good bonus program.

Cons

Operations team does not work with the Sales team. This is an operational Managed Company. There is no Sales presence of Sales people with a background in Sales. Therefore, whatever an operations person says is the final word. The CEO has a background with Food Lion which went out of business. He then worked for Starbucks which also let him go. More importantly they absolutely lie to the public about the type of hotel they are getting. Most of the hotels are in really bad condition and no future plans for upgrades. Maybe the first floor in every hotel. The staff never has supplies because when the RDO saves money on budgeted supplies they are rewarded with a bonus check. Hard work in this company is laughed at. the slackers rule in this environment.
