Employees not protected from violent guests. Higher management allows guests to stay even after several complaints about the guests violent outbursts. After seeing several deaths of guests finding their bodies higher management still doesn't offer few days off to regroup. Favoritism among other managers. Some managers will only get written up while other managers get fired for doing the exact same thing.
