Pros

My fellow co-workers are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Management was very flexible working with me easing into fulltime (I have no worked in a few years for personal reasons) and working with my schedule as I do not drive.

Cons

We have no break room.

Pros

Love the hospitality setting and enjoy getting to meet new people on a regular basis. The company has good values and are always seeking ways to improve. Enjoying the fact that they are finally putting money into the hotels to improve our product.

Cons

Working long hours and stretched too thin at times. The work/ life balance is definitely lacking for management team members. Advancement opportunities are few and far between unless you can relocate out of your home state or city.
