Business Outlook
Pros
Management Team is awesome. Its a family oriented atmosphere. Nice to have some weekends off for a change.
Cons
The pay scale is not commensurate to the job assignments. Industry wide front desk agents are underpaid we run the hotel on our shifts we manage the guest and ensure the property is secured. Dealing with the majority of the issues. Most hotels don't have on site security that's the front desk agent responsibility also. The pay scale should be examined.
