Pros

Loved my staff and my guests....at least most of them.

Cons

During my term with Esa I had to deal with constant racism. I would complain and they would just brush it off. Guest would attack you personally and again esa just ignored it...unless they filed a complaint on medilla. The complaint would come in and no matter how guest spoke to you or lied, you were disaplined with out any investigation. They put a new dm in charge and because of her personal issues with my skin tone. They ignored my disability and continued to harass me full time.
