Pros
Extended Stay America is a great company to work for. They have great benefits, competitive wages, and a much calmer work environment than I have experienced before. The company runs lean in the hotels, but you have the ability to connect to guests like you can't elsewhere. I highly recommend this company! There are always opportunities to grow with the company, and even relocate, if you'd like.
Cons
As is with any hotel company, changes are frequent. However, under leadership from the new EVP and new CEO, these changes are designed to make the business even better.
