Pros

Quarterly bonus payout No other pros

Cons

Least paid bonus plan in entire company Company updated bonus plan and cut bonus potential - director of sales earns 1/5 of what they did with past plan. Example 2015/16 bonus for year $25,000 2017 $5,000. Not based on individual performance. District Ops managers get higher base pay and bonus managing fewer properties. GM' s bonus payout is higher and managing 1 property.
