Pros

Worked with some great people through the years always had a good relationship with staff and also met many different guests some good some very undesirable

Cons

Just about everything-short staffed-Instead of gm's left to run hotel they are also doing sales out on the road and believe it or not expected to go out on road after 9pm to do drive bys 3X week anyone calls out gm covers shift even the overnite only 1 gsr for each shift-7-3, 3-11pm and 11pm to 7am one person in hotel expected to check in guests finish washing linens and cleaning massive amounts of dishes pot pans load up Hskp carts and hskp shelves brew coffee and put the next to nothing grab n go breakfast out. Oh and did I mention answer phones and also be a security guard when something happens no security guards at this hotel ($$) or any of them your life is in your hands a lot of drugs prostitutes and the list goes on hopefully the police will come fast when needed but when they hear ESA their frustrated saying this place should have security. Labor hrs are ridiculous same hrs given to keep hotels upkeep are the same for all 650+ even if your hotel has 50 more rooms and is one or was one of the biggest $$$ in the company. And is double the size Impossible to keep hotel clean with the amount of hrs you are allocated. They want ratings to be all 9's and 10's no way maybe in some local yokel areas but not in an upscale corporate area

Pros

Ever since I've transferred properties the treatment as an employee is great.

Cons

but other than feeling like a part of the team, there is nothing but cons for this whole company. I just thought it was just the one property that was terrible, but after looking at all of these reviews I have come to the realization that this whole company is a joke. All the corporate and senior management people care about is money and saving a few bucks without thinking of whos working for them. Pretty much all the bottom feeders, aka the GSRs, housekeeping, Team lead and even the property management get the low end of the totem pole. You pretty much are getting paid minimum wage to do multiple jobs and never get any type of recognition.
