      Pros

      Beautiful location and building, free hotel stays

      Cons

      Turnover is horrible, Sr. Management is messy, shows favoritism. Executive level needs to re-evaluate the Sr level management and their effectiveness. No diversity in management positions.

      Pros

      Easy position. Easy to get to. The pay only gives you gas money. If your looking for a part time position do not pick this one. You will not have enough money to pay everything you need. Will have to work two jobs.

      Cons

      To much drama. No opportunity to go full time. Not enough hours. Employees are in everyone's business. Everyone will talk behind your back. Is not run like a business should. The pay is to low. Did not get treated like a person should. Rude employees. Management will take tips for themselves. Customers are rude.

      Pros

      Free hotel stays, hardworking staff. Will prepare you for any job in the hotel industry.

      Cons

      Regional directors bonus on how much money is saved at property level....sooo No capital budget. No upward mobility **especially if you do a good job. Managers are expected to work front desk (24 hours per week). No vacations, no employee incentives (50.00 for xmas- staff of 14). No raises EVER. They use you until you have no more to give.
