      Pros

      The KAI flow process for daily operations for the GM and Staff keeps focus on the guest stay. It also assists having the product and tools needed to operate the hotel in stock making it a simple process for the GM to order. Support from the DM, SDRO and ESA support staff has been fantastic.

      Cons

      Salary range could be improved and staffing levels at times can be challenging when hotel is operating at higher occupancy days.
