Good price/value product, investing more in the hotels, profitable market segment.

Cons

Limited ongoing training. Company needs a revenue management system and/or stronger talent in this area to capture much larger share of revenue opportunities. Wide range of managerial talent.

Uniform Meet people from all over the country and world .

Cons

Skeleton Staff If something goes wrong you are the only representative for the hotel Poor Housekeeping , poorly maintained property , rude impatient guests. You are the porter , the housekeeper, the sales agent, the security,you run front desk ,while attending the needs for more than 100 rooms , you are everything when the 9-5 staff goes home. No teamwork period.
