Pros

I love my district manager. I love my staff. I like the companies motto of making a home away from home for its guest. The product is very easy to sell. They always promote within if you put yourself out there.

Cons

UNDERPAID. This applies to all employee's. No recognition when doing well, but when you do something wrong they are quick to recognize that. Corporate always changes policies. Corporate sets high expectations that are unrealistic. Give little labor and GM has to cover shifts to make up hours. Dishes pulled from rooms.
