Pros
When asked why I work here I always answer because of the people and because we know who we are and we don't try to be anything different. The people who work at ESA are invested in improvement and their future. We want to help our company become better and do better. The upper management are all fairly new but are also defining a brighter future for us.
Cons
We are battling a formerly bad reputation. We are not the same company we were even two-three years ago.
