Pros

Flexible schedule, helpful co-workers, many hours

Cons

I was hired as a gsr but the manager made me work as a housekeeper/washed dishes/folding the sheet/gsr at the same time. I mean it would be okay if it wasn't all the time, but it was all the time & the manager would give me a long list of housekeeping to do. My manager also leaves early, arrives to work late & always complains about his personal life how were just adding to his problems because some people would be off and he had to cover for them, but he still works that day too. He would always blame us & doesn't come fridays when he is supposed to work that day. And very unorganized. There was this one time when his boss called and asked what time does he usually come & we told her 11 sometimes 10, he got mad at us because we told her the truth & ever since then he treated us badly.
