Pros

Products and services offered are above average quality. Client base is varied and interesting. Training is above average and documented procedures are easy to follow. 401k program is better than average.

Cons

Unpaid working lunches for closing and overnight staff. Benefits are OK, medical/vision/dental insurance too costly for what is actually received in coverage. Compensation was below average.

Pros

There were a lot of friendly people that worked there..the housekeepers, laundry attendant, and front desk people were all usually very nice.

Cons

The upper management of this company was terrible. They are greedy and do not care about their employees. They have unreal expectations and do not allow their hotels to get the supplies they need. Then they will show up at your site and act like you are in the wrong for not having the supplies you tried to order but they disapproved. They intentionally hire incompetent GM's so their Regional and District managers can get additional bonus money when they terminate the GM's. My GM stole from me before he walked off the job. I called him to confront him about my belongings and was told that wasn't his problem. Then I was told that my actions constituted harassment!? Really? In addition, when I was first hired the manager (a different manager than the theif) left out my private info (ss number, bank account numbers) on his desk for a week. I even asked him to put it away, and he jokingly began waving the forms with my info around saying who wants my information? The night time front desk girl stole my identity and ran up charges on bank account in addition to opening credit card accounts with my social security number. I could go on but you probably get the point. If I could've rated this company lower I would have. Terrible. I worked in the SC, NC areas.

Pros

I enjoyed my staff but felt the company underpaid and overworked them. The location was good but the Hotel had a bad reputation.

Cons

Upper management was awful. I was not allowed to order enough supplies to run the hotel because upper managements bonus would have been cut. Sometimes rooms would go without shower curtains, towels, etc.
