Pros

I've worked with mostly the same people for over a year and we're like a family. I love building relationships with my long term guests and some that are still in the area come to visit every now and then.

Cons

Management constantly changes which doesn't tell me that this is a company I should build a career with. If they have van drivers and lose a contract they lay them off like its nothing. They wonder why they can't keep housekeepers or why they are short staffed on them when they don't pay them anything. I am a front desk and have done housekeeping and they should be paid at least $10 an hour. A hotel that charges almost 2 grand a month and $100 a night under a week stay can afford to pay the housekeepers more because doing the front desk requires no labor whatsoever, yet we are paid more.

Pros

I appreciated the communication when it came to the hiring process from the COWORKERS .THEY were very helpful in making sure my process went smoothly and assisted in most training activities.

Cons

HORRIBLE managerial staff. The manager was very unprofessional when it came to simple hiring tasks like setting up direct deposit, filing paperwork to even start, and scheduling. I wouldn't know my schedule for days on end and kept getting excuses as to why I wasn't getting hours.
