Pros

Good salary and benefits for upper management level employees.

Cons

Very poor working conditions for line employees and property managers. Very low pay, and GM's are completely overworked because top exec cut hours for all hourly employees to keep from having to pay healthcare benefits under ACA.

Pros

This was a great weekend job. And after I lost my full time I job I was able to pick up extra shifts in the interim.

Cons

They have no idea what they are doing. They kept me with full time hours for a while. So I was given a 1% pay increase. In the SAME pay period I was auto-enrolled for 3% in the company 401K plan. Also, with 15 years of hospitality experience, I was first ignored for the available GM position in October 2014. Then in March 2015 I was overlooked for the Assistant GM position. They ended up giving it to someone with NO experience except the 6 months working at same hotel.
