Pros

Pay is decent, work enviroment is great, employees are very nice.

Cons

Constant change in work structure and goals, constantly given jobs to do that a sales manager should be doing. Have been told numerous times that I am doing jobs to train for a "possible" opening in the future that never seems to come...

Cons

Worked 9am to 10 pm almost every day six days a week for a month, on call the 7th day. One day worked 6am to 10 pm. Covering front desk and cleaning rooms. This is illegal for management to do. Managers should not be doing more than 50% non exempt work. This is how a company saves money by not paying over time. Then was demoted after working such long hours. Called HR and "anonymous" tip line for assistance and was told upper management was "going above and beyond" for me. They are telling me THEY were going above and beyond while I worked 6 am to 10pm?!?!?
