Pros

flexible schedule, Good starting salary, I started $11 per hour in Fairfax, VA in 2008 Easy job, mostly checking in/out guests, answering the phone making reservations You accrue good amount of vacation hours and you can take as long as you inform your manager more than 2 weeks before and as long as manager finds someone to cover you First $500 or 600 on medical is paid by the company, and then you have to pay out of pocket to meet the deductible

Cons

Only 2% raises after one year which comes to about 20 cents. Health insurance is ok, but only covers 80% after you pay deductible. No potential for growth
